TOUR:
2008 marks the 10th year of the “Art On The Streets” program.
It is a yearlong exhibit of outdoor art, displayed throughout
Downtown Colorado Springs and has developed into one of
the most successful public art shows in the region.
The goals of this public art
program include: providing City identity, enhancing prestige
and beauty of the City, enlivening the visual environment,
providing means for cultural expression, fostering dialogue
and contributing to the quality of Colorado Springs life.
We will view the downtown street art exhibits
selected and award winners for 2008.
HANDICAPPED ACCESSIBLE: No. There will be extensive walking
in the downtown area.
